Yolanda M. (Shelley) Mondello, 76 of Streator, IL sadly left us on Wednesday December 7, 2022, at Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Streator.
Yolanda was born November 21, 1946, in Saxmundham, England.
She was preceded in death by her husband Barry P.J. Mondello of 47 years. She is survived by her son Mark (Rashell) Mondello of Streator and her grandsons Paul (Meghan) Mondello, Justin Mondello (Stephanie) and Mason Mondello. Also surviving are her great grandchildren Conner, Marli, Chandler, and Piper.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors that kept Yolanda comfortable during her stay.
