Walter H. Orndorff

Walter, H. Orndorff, 65 of Streator passed away Tuesday (November 22, 2022) at Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Center.

Private family services will be held with burial in National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church, VA.

Walter was born on June 28, 1957, in Alexandria, VA to Lewis and Georgie (Hodges) Orndorff.  He married Malika Cherqaoui in May of 2015.  She survives.

Also surviving is a son Jeremy Orndorff of Quakertown, PA, stepdaughter Michelle Flanagan of Streator, 2 grandchildren, brothers Charles (Beth) of Amissville, VA and David (Karen) of Zebulon, NC, sisters Lorretta (Roger) Sanderson of Glenn Allen, VA and Jeanette Orndorff of Burke, VA.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Walter graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and was in the Marching Colonials Band at the school.  He was a volunteer with the Navy Exchange.  Walter was employed at Kroger’s Grocery.
