Thomas R. Black, 25 of Streator passed away Friday afternoon (June 12th) at his home.
Following cremation, a memorial visitation will be held Friday from 2 – 4 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Friday at 4PM at the funeral home.
Thomas was born on March 10, 1990 in Joliet to Thomas Urquiza and Rose (Rardin) Black.
Surviving is his daughter, Lexie Vietti-Black of Streator, father, Thomas E. Urquiza of Chicago, girlfriend, Ashley Houch of Streator, mother of his daughter, Lanie Vaughn of Streator, brother, Jeff Rardin of Milford, IL, sisters, Jennifer Volbrecht of FL and Ciearra Black of Streator and his daughters Godfather, Eric Smith of Streator.
He is preceded in death by his mother Rose Black and maternal grandparents.
Thomas attended Streator High School. He was employed at Results Call Center and was HIPPA certified.
