Scott T. Grady

Scott Thomas Grady, 61 of Streator passed away Monday evening (August 31, 2026) at his home.

Private family services will be held with burial in the Reilly Cemetery, Wenona.

Scott was born on April 6, 1965, in Streator to Donald A. and Donna M. (Sauer) Grady.

Surviving are his children, Amber, Megan and Joe, grandchildren, Lakin and Cora, sister, Vicki (Terry) Leonard.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother William.

Scott attended Streator Grade Schools and graduated from Streator High School in 1982.
