Patricia "Pat" J. DeGuido

Patricia "Pat" J. DeGuido, 54 of Streator passed away Sunday (Oct. 11) at her home.

Cremation Rites will be held and burial will be in Riverview Cemetery on Friday (Oct. 16).

Born December 22, 1954, in Chicago, IL to Alexander and Marcella (Thacker) DeGuido.

Surviving are: Brothers, Jerry DeGuido and Richard (Candis) DeGuido, both of Streator, and Sister, Pamela DeGuido of Streator.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her Paternal Grandparents, Joseph and Rose DeGuido, and Maternal Grandparents, Lloyd and Anna Thacker, Sr., Brother, James Christopher Deguido in infancy, and sister, Marcia Huber.

She worked in the Kitchen in the Dietary Department at Ottawa Hospital.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Streator. She attended Streator grade schools and graduated Streator High School in 1973.
