Leslie Michelle Westerhold

Leslie M. Westerhold, 43 of Streator passed away Thursday (September 21^st) at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 – 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Donnie, Bob, Ronnie, Brett, Michael and Dustin.

Leslie was born on January 23, 1974 in Ottawa to Robert and Patricia (Mitchell) Kinkade.  She married Don Westerhold on September 25, 1999.  He survives.

Also surviving are children Aubree, Austin and Adam of Streator, twin sister Laura (Brett) Draper of Peru, sisters, Deanna Buchanan Cupples of Ottawa, Robin (Rob) Bartlett of Streator, brother, Robert (Tammy) Kinkade of Streator and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Patricia Kinkade, maternal grandparents Vincent and Delores Mitchell, paternal grandparents Leslie and Lusetta Kinkade and one niece Gayla Rice.

Leslie attended grade school in Marseilles and Ottawa High School and she received her EMT Certificate from IVCC.  She was formerly employed at Ottawa Walmart and currently at Results in Streator.

Leslie enjoyed spending time with her children hiking and swimming and fishing and canoeing with her husband Don at the Lazy Acres Sportsman Club and riding her Harley Motorcycle.
