Kelli Jo Almanza

Kelli Almanza, 47, of Streator passed away on Wednesday, January 27^th 2021. Kelli was born in Streator, Illinois on February 14^th, 1973. Her parents were the late Reyes and Sandra Almanza. Kelli attended Streator schools and graduated in 1991 from Streator Township High School. Kelli was employed at Teleperformance for over 10 years, after taking care of her mother for 20 years, until her death.

Surviving her are her siblings Robert (Melissa) Almanza of Pontiac, IL and Reyna (Craig) Davis of IN. Kelli’s greatest joy in life was her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She leaves behind Stormy (Mike) Tovar, Morgan Ivy, Ebony (Patrick) Augustin, Ivory, Diamond, Tristan, Benicio and Chavez Almanza; along with 4 great nephews.

“There are many who loved and cherished Kell, but to her nieces and nephews, she was Auntie. She was the epitome of unconditional love and took every opportunity to remind us how much we meant to her. From texts on beautiful days to remind us the sun was shining because we were smiling, and the birds were singing for us to never missing a birthday, holiday or anniversary no matter how far each of us moved away.  We will miss the handwritten mailed letters, the seasonal dollar tree plastic cups full of candy and the inspirational quotes clipped from magazines. We will miss you, Auntie, like none other. You said it the best, ‘I love you all the time.’ “

There will be no services at this time.  The Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
