Jeramiah J. Moore

Jeramiah James Moore, 24 of Streator passed away Tuesday (January 6, 2025) suddenly at his home.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday (Jan. 17th) from 12 – 1 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.

Jeramiah was born on March 1, 2001, in Streator to Robert Ford and Frances Moore.

Surviving are his parents of Streator, siblings, Destiny, Anastasia, Katlyn, Jonathan, Alexia, Shawn, Joshua, Andrew, Ariana, Alex and Olivia, maternal grandmother Terri Moore, paternal grandfathers Ronald Ford and Rick Ford.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Charles Moore and paternal grandmother Joyce Ford.

Jeramiah attended Woodland School and Streator High School. He was employed at Circle K east.
