Jeffrey Neale Daugherity

Jeffrey N. Daugherity, 69, of Berwyn and formerly of Manville passed away Wednesday morning (May 24, 2023) at his home.

Private family services will be held.

Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. 

Jeffrey was born on October 28, 1953, in Streator to Neale and Phyllis (Wilkinson) Daugherity.

Surviving are brothers, Glenn (Kay Hohn) Daugherity of Mokena and Scott (Tina) Daugherity of Henderson, NV, sisters, Lynn (Roger) Dunning of Streator and Lori (Paul) Cinnamon of Morris, 9 nephews whom he was very proud of, 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Cathy Daugherity.

Jeffrey attended Woodland grade school and graduated from Woodland High School in 1971 where he was an outstanding cross-country runner.  He attended and competed collegiately at the Lake City Community College in Lake City, FL and graduated from the University of Illinois. 

He retired as an options trader with the Chicago Board of Trade.
