Janice Maxine Harlacher

February 22, 1932 — December 7, 2013

Janice M. Harlacher, 83 of Streator passed away Saturday morning (Dec. 7th) at her home surrounded by loved ones.
A visitation will be held Tuesday from 10AM until 12Noon at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Services will be held Tuesday at Noon at the funeral home with burial in the Emery Green Cemetery, rural Streator.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons, Ryan Harlacher, Donald Maier, Gary Drysdale, Matt Horton, Joseph McAchran, Charles Bateson, Tom kleppin, and great grandson Tyler Keith
Janice was born on February 22, 1930 in Streator to Orlo and Susie (Fulwier)  Gochanour.  She married Francis Harlacher on Oct. 7, 1949, who passed away on September 10, 1980.
Surviving are children, Gary Harlacher of Geneseo, Brenda (Jim) Lewis of Streator, Cheryl (Greg) Drysdale, of Streator, Marlene (Bob) Horton of Streator, Kathy (Tim) McAchran of Streator, Debbie Bateson of Clinton, IL, Terry Harlarcher of Streator and Peggy (Don) Kleppin of Rutland.  Janice was blessed with 21 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and  daughter  in infancy (Linda) grandson (Joseph), two great-grandsons, (Drew and Owen), brothers, (Donald, Jack ,and Lee Gochanour), sisters (Jean Persong , and Joann Rinaldo).
She was married and baptized at the Central Church of Church and attended Grant Grade School and Streator Township High School.  
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and  great-grandmother .
She also enjoyed being surrounded by family and going to the casino.
