Gerald Michael Hjerpe, 58 of Streator passed away Sunday morning (Sept. 25th) at the Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Streator
There will be no services, cremation rites will be accorded. The Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Gerald was born on April 3, 1953 in Streator to John "Jack" and Mildred (Tapley) Hjerpe.
He is survived by his mother Mildred Mahaffey of Canyon, TX, brothers Bruce and Chuck Hjerpe of Streator, Paul Hjerpe of Canyon, TX sisters, Mary Sena of Wasilla, AK, Roseanne Garcia of Bloomington, Suzanne Younker of Streator, long time companion Lila Powers of Streator and a daughter at heart Sandy Rizzo of Streator.
Gerald is preceded in death by his father, brothers Jack, Richard and Edward Hjerpe.
He attended Streator Grade Schools and High School.
Memorials may be directed to Passages Hospice Program.
