Ethan Michael Ratliff, 5 months of Streator passed away Thursday morning (Oct. 1st) at St. Mary's Hospital.

Visitation will be held Monday from 9 - 11AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:30AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery.

Born April 8, 2009 in Streator, IL to Samuel and Kelly (Regas) Ratliff.

Surviving are his parents of Streator, brother, Alexander Hartung, sister Ashleigh Ratliff of Streator, Maternal Grandparents, Margaret Gallagher of Streator, Nick (Diana) Regas of Bourbonnais, Paternal Grandparents, DiAnne Ratliff of Streator, Carl (Vicki) Ratliff of Ottawa, Maternal Great-grandmother, Mardella Regas of Bradley, Paternal Great-grandmothers, Lillian McMenamin of Streator, Virginia Ratliff of Winchester, IL, several aunts and uncles and special cousin, Olivia Johnson.

He is preceded in death by Great-Grandfathers, Leon McMenamin, Carl Ratliff Jr., Nick Regas, Robert Kelly, Great-grandmother, Helen Kelly, and a Great-uncle James McMenamin.
