Donna Jean Hoskins, 81, of Streator, IL passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL after a brief illness.
A private family service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Streator. Arrangements were handled by Winterrowd Funeral Home, Streator, IL.
Donna was born on February 18, 1934 in Streator to Martin and Louveda (Whitehurst) Benner. Donna attended Lincoln and Sherman Grade School and graduated from Streator High School in 1952.
She married Robert Hoskins on August 1, 1955. Donna was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and retired from LeRoy Roofing and ADV in Streator.
Surviving is her husband, Robert Hoskins; son Greg (Linda) Hoskins of Mascoutah, IL, 3 grandchildren, Emily (Cody) Campbell of Nashville, IL, Scott Hoskins of Belleville, IL, and Mark Hoskins of Altamont, IL; and a sister, Linda (Tom) Washko of Streator.
She is preceded in death by her parents; step-father Harold Stapleton; two sons Scott and Jeff; and a brother Norman Benner.
