Dianna M. Schramek, 69 of Grand Ridge passed away Sunday evening (Oct. 5th) at the Graham Hospital, Canton.
A visitation will be held Friday from 4 – 7 PM at the Grand Ridge Funeral Home and Saturday from 10 – 11 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church, Ottawa. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. David E. Daniel officiating. Burial will be in the Grand Ridge Cemetery.
Dianna was born on April 9, 1945 in Aurora, IL to Carl and Elizabeth (Schimdt) Patterson. She married Edward Schramek on February 21, 1964 he passed away on June 3, 1984.
Surviving are son Keith (Tishia) Schramek of Gridley, daughter Sara (Josh) Wirth of Grand Ridge, 2 granddaughters Alexa and Ella Schramek, sister Patricia (Richard) Neu of Ormond Beach, FL, several nieces and nephews and a special friend Howard Fluech of Oglesby.
Dianna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother James and sister Nancy.
She retired from Sugar Plumps Shop in Streator and was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Ottawa and the Quilt Guild. Dianna graduated from the Alliance High School in Nebraska and attended IVCC.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
