David R. Kendall

David R. Kendall, 58 of Streator passed away Sunday morning (December 16^th) at his home.

A visitation will be held Friday from 9 – 11 AM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be; Ron Kendall, Tyler and Dakota Eddards, Bill Kauth, David Namchick and Nathan Junker.  Honorary will be son David and brother Duane.

David was born on March 12, 1960 in Streator to Brother and Betty (Leslie) Kendall.

Surviving are children; Shannon (Timothy) Hunt of Streator, David Kendall Jr. of Minonk and Krystal (Nathan Junker) Kendall of Wenona, 11 grandchildren, brothers Ricky (Shelley) of San Antonio, TX, Ronald (Beth) of Streator, Darrell of Bloomington, Duane (Dawn) of Mendota, Curtis and Terry of Streator and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

David attended Streator Grade School and Streator High School.  He was formerly employed at Flinks Mfg.  David was an avid fisherman and was a member of the Streator Lazy Acres.  David had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off of his back.  He has gone forever fishing and will be dearly missed.
