Damian Michael McMenamin

Damian M. Mc Menamin, 42 of rural Cornell passed away Friday (June 10, 2022) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

A visitation will be held Thursday (June 16^th) from 4 – 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home with cremation rites following.  Burial will be Saturday (June 18^th) at 11:30 AM at the Long Point Cemetery.

Damian was born on February 10, 1980, in Streator to James and Kathy (Barickman) McMenamin.

Surviving are sons, Jaysen and Justen McMenamin of Long Point, his mother Kathy Mounce of Cornell, brother Jake (Kerri Schmillen) McMenamin of Long Point, sister, Mandi (Kelly) Gray of Cornell, maternal grandparents, Bill and Carole Barickman of Long Point, 1 niece and 4 nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, Leon and Lillian McMenamin and an aunt

Di Anne Ratliff.

Damian attended grade school and high school in Flanagan.  He was employed at Cat in Pontiac through A.T.S.
