Charles Edward Moore Sr.

Charles E. Moore Sr. 68 of Streator passed away Monday afternoon (April 29, 2019) at his home.

Per his request, cremation rites will be held and no services will be held.  The Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Charles was born on October 2, 1950 in Spring Valley to Wilmer and Betty (Jason) Moore.  He married Terri Obenhin on July 17, 1971.  She survives.

Also surviving are children; Charles Edward (Katelynn Clark) Moore Jr of Streator and Frances Moore of Streator, 11 grandchildren, a brother Gerald (Kathy) Moore of Streator, sisters Joyce (Rick) Ford of Streator and Evelyn Moore of Peru, sister-in-law Janice Moore of Texas and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Richard and Kenneth.

Charles graduated from Streator High School in 1969 and had attended IVCC.  He was formerly employed at Owens Illinois Glass.
