Brent Allan Hallam

Brent Allan Hallam, 31 of Wenona and formerly of Streator passed away Saturday (July 25, 2026) at the OSF Center For Health, Peru.

A visitation will be held Friday from 4 – 7 PM at the Winterrowd Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7PM at the funeral home with a private family burial in Riverview Cemetery.

Brent was born on July 5, 1995, in Ottawa to Curtis and Schezelle (Daughterity) Hallam.

Surviving are daughters, Brynlee Krueger of Coal City, Rhett and Ridley Hallam of Streator, Twin sister, Brittney Hallam of LaSalle, Keesha Bayer of Texas, brother Zachary Jonassen of Ottawa, his soulmate, Eryn Burmood of Wenona, honorary parents, Dave and Diana Hallam of Streator, honorary sister Amber Hallam of Streator, honorary nephew Noah Lopez, several nieces and nephews and many close friends and his beloved dog Jasper.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Dustin Hallam, grandparents, Dave and Delores Hallam and Daryl and Karla Fitch.

Brent graduated from Woodland High School in 2014. He served in the US Army in the 101 st Airborne Division. He was employed with Labor local 996.

Brent loved life, his girls the most and was always the life of the party.
