Annjanette Dawn Dagay, 44 of Streator passed away Wednesday (Aug. 12, 2020) at the Richard Owens Hospice Home, Peoria.
Private family services will be held at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
Annjanette was born on March 1, 1976 in Berwyn, IL to Joseph William and Carol Marie (Skrivanek) Dagay.
Survivng are siblings; Eva (Rick) King-Cralton of Morgantown, W. VA, Lori (David) Dagay-Sellers of Streator, Joseph Dagy of Streator and April Dagay of Streator and several nieces and nephews.
Annjanette is preceded in death by her parents.
