Anne L. Pollett

Anne L. Pollett, 85 of Streator, passed away Thursday, (Jan. 21st) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.

Cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no services.

Born, June 21, 1924 in Antwerp, Belgium to Jack and Maria (Orban) Van Der Meynsbrugge.

Surviving is son, Willam F. Pollett of Branson MO, 2 Grandchildren, Mike (Kam) Pollett of Normal, Craig Pollett of Pinellas Park, FL, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great Granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Francois.

She was of the Catholic Faith. She came to the U.S. in 1951 and moved to Streator. She worked at The Lipton Tea Company and retired from Thatchers Glass as an inspector in 1987. During her retirement years she enjoyed her hobby as a seamstress.
