Allen Michael Mc Allister

Allen M. McAllister, 56 of Streator passed away Tuesday (May 30^th) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Following cremation, a memorial visitation will be held Friday from 10 – 12noonat the Winterrowd Funeral Home.  Memorial services will be held Friday at noon at the funeral home.

Allen was born on May 15, 1961 in Streator to Donald and Ruth (Dent) McAllister.  He married Kathleen Reick on April 29, 2016.  She survives.

Also surviving are children Amanda (Steve) Yurich , Gregory McAllister, Allison (Eli Koral IV) McAllister, step-daughter Shannon Majercin and step-son Chad (Theresa) Lynch all of Streator, 6 grandchildren, his father, Donald of Streator, sisters Gail Andrews of Streator and Donna (Tom) Gallup of Tonica and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

Allen attended Streator grade schools and high school, was formerly employed at Kimble Glass in Chicago Heights and was a former member of the Streator Moose Lodge and he raced in motorcycle flat-track races and was a member of the 1^st Baptist Church in Oglesby.
